Union Station
Denver, Colorado
Denver's historic Union Station was relatively unoccupied for years prior to its dramatic transformation into what is colloquially known as
"Denver's Living Room."
The process of adaptively reusing this landmark structure involved multiple community stakeholders, including Lower Downtown neighborhood and business interest groups, the Regional Transportation District, Amtrak and the Landmark Preservation Commission.
