Boiler House 4
Residence
Denver, Colorado
Boiler House 4 is a very visible part of the former Denver Medical Depot, a World War II-era military supply base located in north Denver and designed by renowned early Denver architect Temple Hoyne Buell.
Constructed from unreinforced masonry and heavy timbers in a Neo-Colonial style, the building at one time housed four coal-fired steam boilers serving the 30-acre campus before being de-commissioned mid-century.
